Renovate: Pray, Commit, Bring, Live
This past weekend was great. Many of our members made commitments to support Renovate through prayer,
giving, and living. So far our financial pledges to Renovate total $405,801. In one weekend we collected
$123,448. Praise the Lord!
It’s not too late to get involved financially. You can still make a pledge and make a gift. We only have
9 weeks remaining for our Renovate campaign as we plan to have all of the financial gifts in by May 31.
Make a pledge or give a gift this weekend using the envelopes in the worship folder. You can also give
online.

The Last Supper Service
Join us for the Last Supper Service on Thursday, April 9, 6:30pm in the Worship Center.
Experience the Lord’s Supper as you reflect on the death, burial, and resurrection of Jesus.

The Hub Urban Ministries
The Hub connects the local church to acts of service and love in Shreveport/Bossier inner-city areas.

Mexico Mission Trip Donation Needs
Brookwood works with Dan Hall and the Mexican Indian Training Center to provide medical teams to meet the
physical and spiritual needs of the Mexican people. We have 21 volunteer missionaries going to minister
in Mexico June 27-July 4, 2009. We are collecting toothbrushes, toothpaste (travel size), small stuffed
dolls, sunglasses, baseball caps and toys (kids meal size) for the trip. Bring your donations to the
church Information Center. We are also taking monetary donations to help pay for eye glasses, Spanish
tracts, Spanish Bibles, and medicines.

Our weekend kids ministry volunteers deserve some time off.
Help out this summer by volunteering to lead a small group for one month.
