Through this series kids will learn about standing up for their faith in an unbelieving world.
Fourth and fifth graders only with 10 kids per session. Cost is $30. Sessions will take place

Renovate Funding Vote
This weekend, we will vote on the Building and Finance Committee’s recommendation for construction funding
of the Renovate Projects and the Building Committee’s recommendation for a construction contract. The
recommendation will include plans to fund the projects using existing cash-on-hand (Building Fund, Proceeds
from sale of property, Gas Lease Advance) and a brief capital campaign as well as recommending a cost plus
with guaranteed maximum construction manager at risk contract with Lincoln Builders.

Mexico Mission Trip

Ministry: Mobile medical clinics, childrens crafts/games, witnessing
Cost of Trip: $400 plus airfare

Mexico Mission Trip Donation Needs
Small beanie baby size stuffed animals, sunglasses, travel size toothpaste,
toothbrushes, shampoo, lotions, hotel size soap, kid’s meal size toys,
caps, and money donations (for eye glasses, Spanish tracts, Spanish Bibles,
Medicine, etc.)

Winter Clothing Drive
I first want to thank our church family for donating over 17 large bags full of warm clothing. Around 24 of our
high school students and adults partnered with the Hub last Wednesday, February 18, to distribute warm clothing
items and to serve a meal. We also enjoyed a couple games of bingo, which allowed us some one-on-one time.
We had a great time giving food and clothing to those that are in need, which opened our eyes to the fact that
we have a ministry opportunity/obligation right here in our backyard. I believe we were able to serve and love
around 50 people, and we hope to do this once a month or every other month in the future.
As I reflect on our time there, I am reminded of the passage in Matthew 25:31-46. “I tell you the truth,
whatever you did for one of the least of these brothers of mine, you did for me.” (v.40)
