Open Position
Brookwood has an opening for a full-time Ministry Assistant (secretary). Experience with MS Word and Excel
is necessary. We prefer experience with Photoshop, InDesign, and accounts payable. Information packets with
applications are available at the Information Center or in the church office.

Case For Christ For Kids
Through this series, kids will learn about standing up for their faith in an unbelieving world.
Kevin and Cheryl Parker, Rosalyn Milliken, and Bruce Hennigan will lead the sessions. Fourth and
fifth graders only with 10 kids per session. Cost is $30 due by November 30. Sessions will take place in the Zone
from 4:00pm-6:30pm on December 7, January 4, and February 1. Email

Family Serve Night
The Hub Ministries Family Serve Night
Saturday, November 29, 3-5:30pm
Meet at Global Loans on the corner of Edwards and Crockett in downtown Shreveport.
Family serve is an event designed to feed and clothe the homeless population in Shreveport. In the past
months the Hub Ministries has fed over 300 each month, passed out hundreds of Bibles, given away groceries
to many families and had countless conversations. Volunteers who come are asked to bring items to give away
to those who come to eat. This time volunteers are asked to bring an item that keeps you warm (blanket, socks,
hat, gloves, scarves, etc.). This month will be a traditional Thanksgiving celebration. If you, your family,
or LifeGroup would like to sign up, email The Hub with your name
and how many people you would like to sign up.
