Do you know children of a family in need? Pick up an Angels Among Us application form at the Information Center.
Operation Christmas Child
Filling a shoebox with toys, school supplies, hygiene items, a personal note, and other items is a great way
to bring joy and the Good News of Jesus Christ to children around the world. Pick up a brochure from the
Information Center to find out how you can be a part of this ministry.

Operation Encouragement
Please pass on all of my thanks to each and every person involved in sending the boxes to the
soldiers in the 165th. As we draw closer and closer to the day that we will come home, it seems
all of my thoughts are of being at home. The kind thoughts as well as the box Brookwood Baptist
sent reminds me of why home is home.

Fall Carnival: Volunteers Needed
Every year the Fall Carnival is an opportunity to reach out to the community with games, crafts, music, and food.
We need volunteers to make this year's Fall Carnival a successful outreach. Here is how you can help:
- Volunteer for a one-hour time slot on Saturday, October 25, some time between 2:30pm-5:30pm. Visit the
Information Center or contact Nikki Neal to sign up.
- Donate items to the Silent Auction. Contact Susan Brown
for details.
- Drop off bags of individually wrapped candy in the candy boxes located around the church.
- Donate baked goods (cookies or brownies) for the Cookie Walk.
