Discovering Church Membership: DiscoverPoint 101
Why does Brookwood exist as a church? What do we emphasize? How do we fulfill our mission?
How do we define a "win" for our members? What do we believe? How does a person begin a life
centered in Christ? What is involved in becoming a member of Brookwood? This seminar will
provide the answers to these questions and give you an opportunity to get to know our pastor
or one of our associate pastors. You are invited to this seminar if you want to become a member
of Brookwood or want to dig a little deeper in what keeps Brookwood going.

VBS Power Lab: July 14-18
Give your children a new enthusiasm for God's Word—and for Jesus! As you engage kids with fun,
science-themed surprises, you'll see amazing things happen. The delighted smiles...the memorable
Bible points...they all add up to making a life-long difference in the lives of your children!
VBS is for children entering kindergarten through 5th grade.

Get Connected
LifeGroups (small groups) are the lifeblood of Brookwood. As the church grows larger, we must continue to grow
smaller through LifeGroups. Brookwood's LifeGroups are primarily grouped based on gender and marital status.
These adult small groups create opportunities for adults to:
- participate in personalized Bible study
- connect with adults like themselves
- be cared for and care for others
- invite their friends to Bible study
Most of Brookwood's LifeGroups meet in homes in the community during the week. Some groups for Senior Adults
meet on Sunday morning at 8:00am and 10:45am. These groups go to worship at 9:15am.
