What We Believe

At Brookwood, we believe the Bible and that members of God's family should become like Christ. We also believe in the Baptist Faith and Message (2000 edition).

  •  Biblical Authority

    The Bible is completely the Word of God and without error in its original form. It is our guide for life.

  •  Identity in Christ

    It is only through Jesus Christ that anyone can become a member of God's family.

  •  Baptism

    Immersion in water symbolizes a person's identity in Christ.

  •  Lord's Supper

    Eating this special bread and sipping the grape juice is also a public expression of our relationship with Jesus.

  •  Eternity

    Everyone will have an afterlife (either with God in heaven or apart from God in hell).
